Constable Wayne Thompson started his public safety 28-year career in 1992 in the Texas National Guard when he was a senior high school. Deputy Jesse Zamaripa was 27 years old when he decided to go into law enforcement. He has been a resident of Precinct 3 for over 32 years and has witnessed the growth and changes in the community.
